Malware is software that is specifically designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to devices. Simply put, Malware gets into your computer and steals data or destroys entire systems. So you could say getting malware is really bad.

But luckily, we’re going to cover a few things you can do to keep yourself protected.

1. Install antivirus software.

2. Keep your system and apps up to date.

3. Keep an eye out for phishing emails as it’s the easiest way cybercriminals get malware on to devices.

4. Use strong passwords.
