Last month's security awareness program, on one page
The Security Awareness Snapshot is Hook's monthly report that puts phishing simulations and training on one page: a one-sentence summary, emails sent, click rate and training completion. Download it as a PDF, email it from the report, or schedule it so a fresh copy reaches leadership, a client or an auditor every month.
The monthly recap shouldn't be a project
When leadership, a client or an auditor asks how last month went, the answer is usually spread across exports and spreadsheets. Someone spends an afternoon stitching it together, and next month they do it again.
The month in one sentence
The Snapshot opens on the last full month with a summary sentence written from that month's own numbers. Under it sit three figures: emails sent, the click rate with its raw count, and training complete.
The click rate is shown as the observed number, with no rating attached. Training gets a plain status: On track at 80% or more, Needs follow-up at 50% or more, otherwise Behind schedule.
Phishing and training, side by side
A phishing funnel runs from sent through opened, clicked, reached the teaching page and engaged with the red flags. Next to it, a training chart shows completed, still open and overdue.
Names and outcomes
Turn on the learner appendix to add each person's name, email and outcome to the report and the PDF, so you know exactly who needs a follow-up.
In their inbox before they ask
Download the PDF or email it straight from the report. Or schedule it once: a monthly automation sends a fresh PDF to the recipients you choose, at any email domain.
A certificate for every course
People can download a PDF certificate for each course they complete from their dashboard. Admins can download one for any person from the course page, ready for HR records and client audits. See what's in the security awareness training library.
Who it's for
The Snapshot is built for whoever has to answer "how's the program going?" An IT lead can send it to leadership before the monthly meeting. A partner managing security awareness for a client can schedule it so the client gets proof of the work without asking. A compliance owner can keep a month-by-month record alongside completion certificates.
In each case the report reads the same way: one sentence on what happened, three numbers, then the detail for anyone who wants it. Track completion rate and click rate together, never one alone.
