A platform-only model where the customer or MSP operates the program themselves.

The vendor supplies tools and content; the buyer designs programs, schedules training, chases completions and builds reports. Usually the cheapest line item and frequently the most expensive in staff hours.
Why it matters
Self-service platforms are where programs go quiet. If nobody owns the calendar, the program stops.
