What is psysec?

Also called Psychological security.

Security training built on psychology rather than fear — people are treated as partners, and clicks become coached learning moments instead of infractions.

In more detail

The reasoning is that behavior follows belief and emotion. Programs that skip those and try to force behavior directly see click rates drift back up after every training cycle, because nothing underneath actually changed.

Why it matters

Fear-based training produces compliance while someone is watching and very little afterwards.

Hook Security’s position

PsySec is Hook Security’s methodology and the reason the training uses humor and storytelling.

Vocabulary is the easy part. Behavior is the job.

Thirty minutes, a live account, and a straight answer about where your people actually stand.
