Phishing simulation

What is click rate?

The percentage of people who clicked the link in a simulated phishing email.

In more detail

Tracked at simulation, client and program level. The absolute number is far less informative than the trend, and it is heavily affected by template difficulty — a click rate that drops because the simulations got easier tells you nothing.

Why it matters

It is the number most programs report and the one that says least on its own.

Hook Security’s position

Hook treats click rate as a supporting metric. A program optimised purely for a low click rate can be achieved by sending easy simulations, which teaches nobody anything.

Vocabulary is the easy part. Behavior is the job.

Thirty minutes, a live account, and a straight answer about where your people actually stand.
